We are a group of over 300 Christian organizations with 14 million members, and over 30,000 ministers.

 

Our sole cause for this amalgamation is to advocate for Pastor Dino Gentile's clemency to the president of the United States.

 

Over 3000 letters speaking of the ministry and community works for the last 35 years have gone to the White House over the past 20 years from leaders and laity of these groups.  Many of these people know pastor Dino and have seen his public service nationwide to the communities of this country, especially Los Angeles where he lives and had his church, 

The Ark of Los Angeles.

 

He also had a K-12 school, a bible college and teen outreach.

 

He has been a national evangelist, and national youth leader in the AWCF.  [see awcf.org]  A group of 6 million Christians spread out throughout the world.  

 

Pastor Dino spent many years housing the homeless, feeding the hungry and detoxing addicts and alcoholics at his own home.

Also we are trying to get exposure about his ACS Airborne Counteracting Station to the media so people can ask their U.S. reps to at the very least, get him to Home Confinement,

so he can work on it, in hopes of eventual clemency.

PRISON REFORM PROGRAM    (A Right To Serve Proposal)

 

   There is no question that there is a need for prison reform.   We finally have a president in office that can make it happen.  Numerous studies have been done and many articles on the costs of incarceration and it's ill affects on inmates.   Why not give prisoners a chance to redeem themselves with society,  by proving their value in participating in a "Right To Serve," Prison Reform Program.

 

   This program could be used to reduce prison population, while restoring an inmates relationship with society, and saving our economy billions of dollars, by using prisoners in "degrees of trust" categories, through intense screening.

 

    Here's an example...We pay one contracted truck driver in Afghanistan, $150,000 a year to drive there.   We could send a trusted/vetted prisoner who has earned and proven their trust degree, a model inmate who already has that skill there to do that job at a fraction of the cost, saving the US maybe as much as $100,000 or more per driver, including costs!   This is just one category.

 

   Either allowing him and others to be under watch of our troops, or in a camp for inmates with guards that oversee this person's work and obedience.   A prisoner's adherence to the rules and duty of the service allows him to qualify for reinstated parole with a contract from the government or a commutation of sentence by the President who can do this on a monthly basis according to need.  The incidentals and specifics to be dealt with.   We can save on contractor costs and even on pay for troops thanks to inmates, who will do jobs our troops are doing now unnecessarily.

 

   The same for road, home, bridge, power grid builders, electricians, carpenters, dry wallers, all of which we have in US federal prisons thus freeing up the troops from these "nation building" tasks to serve in other capacities or, getting a well deserved rest.

 

   The degree of sentence, can determine the degree of danger, with degrees of responsibility and trust already earned by good behavior in prison, programming, attitude, evaluations, (including psych), to determine degrees of reward, i.e. years off the sentence for exercising "The Right To Serve."   A mutual agreement between the inmate and the government.

 

   Many of these prisoners already manufacture things for the military, including cables, bulletproof vests, parachutes, etc..  Prisoners would qualify by years of good behavior and be allowed to be in close check.  They could do jobs even in the US, such as fighting forest fires, cleaning up oil spills, repairing damage from earthquakes, or hurricanes, or tornados saving FEMA billions.   Yes there are some inherent risks but this things can be addressed and prepared for.  We would look for jobs they could do and ways to save our country  much needed billions while giving prisoners a second chance to redeem themselves.

  DONATE FUNDS FOR THE COSTS OF PROMOTING THIS PRISON REFORM NATIONWIDE

 

Participants in the Right To Serve program will serve their time or country, by their own choice and will do either one third of their time or 10 years which ever is less, (such as was under the old parole law) with an agreement with the government after serving successfully in this program, the prisoner will receive their agreed upon time cut.    If they've already done that much time and qualify, an appropriate time commitment will be offered to them, to participate in the program.    Everyone is eligible but must qualify.   Those qualifications will be made plain.

 

   Model prisoners with skills will be utilized, or qualifying inmates will be trained in everything from fire fighting, to search and rescue, to supply and logistics, to assist the military or their country in the case of natural disaster.   It might be in assistance to the Red Cross, The Peace Corps, the military, fire fighters, or local law enforcement in the case of search and rescue or missing persons, or in other ways.  It might be in dealing with hazardous materials, or youth education in crime avoidance/prevention, infrastructure work, upgrading, and of these as long as it doesn't conflict with existing jobs.   Anti-bullying monitoring at schools is another possibility.

 

   ALL THIS FUNDED BY A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE BILLIONS SAVED THROUGH THIS VERY PROGRAM!   The saving of 4 billion a year (100,000 inmates x $40,000 a year to incarcerate) by reducing federal prison population.  (One think tank in DC said the federal prison system could be reduced by 50% without the crime rate going up 1%!)  The saving of money by using model prisoners to do the simple non-sensitive jobs our troops are doing right now is immense.

   INMATES HAVE A CHOICE IN HOW THEY DO THEIR TIME...serve their time or serve their country, fellow man and neighborhoods.  

 

   NEW JOBS ARE CREATED FOR PROBATION OFFICERS, SUPERVISORS, AND INSTRUCTORS, BECOMING AVAILABLE AND FUNDED BY THIS PROGRAM.

 

   CONTACT YOUR U.S. REPRESENTATIVES, E-MAIL THIS OUT TO YOUR INCARCERATED FAMILY MEMBERS OR PRINT IT OUT AND MAIL IT TO THEM.

 

   EACH U.S. PRISONER IS BEING ASKED TO RAISE AT LEAST 5 VOTES FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS,  AND $5 PER INMATE TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM WHICH HAS HAD NO RELIEF IN 25 YEARS!   FAMILIES ARE ASKED TO DONATE MORE IF THEY CAN.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO WILDFIRES SIT IN LOW CUSTODY PRISON HOPING FOR A CHANCE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

 

Currently as the fire season begins in Southern California, a man who might very possibly have the solution to the problem of these massive wildfires, is trying to get the BOP to grant him "Home Confinement" under the new First Step Act.  Dino Gentile has the rights and plans to an airship that won second place in the world for the best idea of the year.  It has passed several analytical studies at Cal Poly, [the same labs the Space Shuttle went through], the US Army Labs, and DARPA.  Several major players have committed to funding the project which would bring massive jobs and revenues to Southern California.

 

This cutting edge high-tech airship pays for its own operations by selling advertising space, transmission of Wi-Fi, the selling of water, and carbon credits. It would be sold to states and municipalities. It was the first airship that cleans smog, then redesigned to counteract dirty bombs, and now has evolved to manufacture water out of ambient air, or desalinize sea water while transporting it to drop sites at nearly 200 mph.  

 

Dino Gentile has a plan to water natural dry areas in the off fire season preventing fires in the first place. But if a fire happens, it sees it while cleaning smog and gets to it fast, and snuffs it out whether in rough terrain, or a vertical mountain side or even at the top of a building. It puts the fire out before it gets large, it can even handle toxic fires. The airship has a rescue platform that delivers hundreds of people out of an undesired location in minutes. It sees through the smoke, sees in darkness and is not traveling at 185 mph when dropping the liquids like a tanker plane is. It is bulletproof and has an array of options for disaster relief.  

 

Dino is hoping to prove that ex-felons can be useful productive citizens, in this climate of prison and sentencing reform. He is asking the local California residents to implore their congress people to ask president Trump for his release, or at worst, to ask the Director of the BOP to just designate him to home confinement under the new First Step Act through "Extraordinary Circumstances" that can save lives and property. Ultimately, if successful, he hopes for clemency. Dino needs a story to be done about this so as to move Californians to motivate their representatives. Why not give him a chance? He will still be in BOP custody, if he can save lives and property and help stop these terrible disasters, what could it hurt? This is a real chance to see if society is willing to grant second chances. Not to mention that the project can bring many jobs and revenues needed to help the communities.
